When the Minnesota Orchestra came to Grand Rapids in October, our town was transformed. We all still look back on the week with fondness. We made good friends with musicians and personnel. Willmar, you will have an amazing week. Wish I could be there to experience the whole week all over again.

  2. Steve Downing says:

Looks like Common Chords did its uncommon best again in Willmar. Congratulations to all concerned. Here at 91.7 KAXE in Grand Rapids, many of us think that our finest overall programming during 2011 involved the Common Chords residency, and that’s saying something. For the community generally, the whole week was a week like no other. Ever. Bemidji: get ready; you won’t know what hit you till it’s over.
